NSCC had a tie-up with PHILHEALTH and SSS to make payment of premiums accessible and assist members with agency-related concerns.

NSCC has active partnerships with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, Municipal Governments of Caoayan and Santa, providing livelihood programs that benefit farmers, fisherfolk, and entrepreneurs, especially during the pandemic.
