The spirit of unity and cooperation was strongly felt as the NSCC Multi-Purpose Cooperative successfully conducted its 17th Annual General Assembly for the Ilocos Norte Chapter on March 21, 2026, at the Laoag City Multi-Purpose Hall in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
The assembly opened with a solemn Eucharistic celebration led by Rev. Msgr. Joel Bruno C. Barut, together with Rev. Fr. Joseph Goyal. The Holy Mass served as a meaningful reminder of gratitude, faith, and shared purpose among members.
Adding honor to the occasion was the presence of Hon. Cecilia Araneta-Marcos, Governor of Ilocos Norte, represented by Hon. Jaybee Baquiran, Ex-Officio Board Member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Norte. Their support highlights the continued collaboration between the cooperative and the local government in uplifting communities.
More than just a gathering, the General Assembly became a moment of reconnection—where members reflected on accomplishments, embraced transparency, and renewed their commitment to the cooperative’s vision and mission.
As we move forward, we call on all members to remain actively involved and continue supporting the programs and services of our cooperative. Through our shared efforts, we strengthen not only our organization but also the communities we serve.
Together, let us continue building a future grounded in cooperation, trust, and sustainable growth.
